Prior to your booking of any adventure trips with Himalayan Dynasty please read our terms and conditions carefully as it sets out the relation of a legally binding agreement between you and us. Being in the Himalayas and its serenity is simply phenomenal and every so often even after the best of our precautions and safety measures the uncertainty of mishaps are hard to evade for which travelers are subjected to our terms and conditions that are as outlined below:
Booking and Payment
a. Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
b. Full payment for the chosen travel package must be made before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed upon.
c. Payment methods accepted by us include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
d. The Himalayan Dynasty reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
Cancellations and Refunds
a. Customers may cancel their booking by providing written notice to us.
b. However, our cancellation policy will apply, and customers may be subject to cancellation fees.
c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policy.
d. The Himalayan Dynasty reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided to the customer.
Travel Documents and Insurance
a. Customers are responsible for obtaining and providing valid travel documents, such as passports and visas, required for their travel.
b. It is recommended that customers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen events and potential losses.
c. We shall not be held responsible for any issues arising due to the customer's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents or insurance.
Changes and Amendments
a. Customers may request changes or amendments to their booking, subject to availability and our discretion.
b. Additional charges may apply for any changes or amendments made to the original booking.
Travel Itinerary and Accommodations
a. We will provide customers with a detailed travel itinerary outlining the planned activities and accommodations.
b. While every effort will be made to adhere to the proposed itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Liability and Indemnity
a. The Himalayan Dynasty shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during the travel period unless caused by our own negligence.
b. Customers are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the travel period and must comply with local laws and regulations.
c. Customers agree to indemnify and hold The Himalayan Dynasty harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their own actions or negligence.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Himalayan Dynasty and its customers and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By using the services provided by The Himalayan Dynasty, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
